We have developed the services it provides and endeavored to bring it closer to citizens, so that it can truly serve them and serve the develo pment effort, and so that it can facilitate investment, enterprise creation, commercial exchanges and exports, and stimulate economic activity in general.

We are determined to further enhance the efficiency of public service, increase the proportion of managerial staff among its employees, train its human resources and enable them to enter a new stage which is the stage of building the new economy and full integration into the knowledge society and the world of information and communication networks”.
