The entry exam to the postgraduate Cycle:
Necessary diplomas:

National diploma of master (not specialized): diploma obtained after 5 year-studies at university (not specialized) in legal or political sciences as defined by the regulatory texts, or equivalent diplomas.

Higher post- graduate diploma (DEA) in legal or political sciences, (obtained in the national doctoral studies before the application of the decree n°2001-2429 of October 16, 2001), or equivalent diplomas.

National diploma of master (not specialized): diploma obtained after 5 year-studies at university (in economics, finance or management) as defined by the regulatory texts, or equivalent diplomas.

Higher post-graduate diploma (DEA) in economics, finance or management (obtained in the national doctoral studies before the application of the decree n°2001-2429 of October 16, 2001), or equivalent diplomas.

Engineer National diploma as defined by the regulatory texts, or equivalent diplomas.
The tests:
The entry exam to the postgraduate cycle of the National School of Administration is based on the following tests:
Written tests of admissibility:

A test of specialty relating, depending on the choice of the candidate, to one or more subjects in legal, economic or management issues.

A test of general culture in fields related to political, economic, social or cultural issues or questions of the contemporary world,

A test of English language proficiency.
Declaration of admissibility:
The written tests, except tests of English, are subjected to a double marking. The final mark is equal to the arithmetic average of the two given marks, when the difference between these two marks is higher than three (3) points, the test will be corrected again by a third professor. In this case, the final mark is calculated on the basis of arithmetic average of the three (3) marks.
Any mark lower than (7/20) is eliminatory. No candidate shall be declared admissible if he has not obtained, in the written tests, at least an average equal to ten (10/20).
The oral test of final admission:

This test consists of a presentation made by the candidate followed by a discussion with the members of the jury. The presentation is related to a subject of general culture and essentially to the Tunisian political and administrative organization or other economic, social and cultural questions.

No candidate shall be declared definitively admitted if it he has not obtained an average equal to (10/20) in the tests of admissibility and admission. However, the jury may decide to lower this average.

When several candidates obtain the same average, the priority is given to the oldest one among them.
