Missions and organisationThe National School of Administration is a public establishment under the authority of the Prime Ministry and whose budget is attached to the budget of the State.
The school ensures in particular:

The training of higher and intermediate managers.

The organization of continuous training cycles and competency improvement sessions for public agents (public administration, public establishments and companies ).

The realization of expertise, research and studies and the organization of seminars in relation with the public administration needs.

The organization of activities aiming at improving high officials' competency and skills.
The National School of Administration is headed by a director assisted by an orientation committee. The orientation committee delivers its opinion in particular on the training organization, teaching and scientific questions.
The National School of Administration includes the following structures:
- Directorate of senior and intermediate managers training
- Directorate of continuous training and competency improvement
- Institute of Competency Development of High Officials
- Center of Expertise and Administrative Studies.
- Entry exam center
- Directorate of training courses and cooperation,
- Directorate of organization, methods and informatics
- A general secretariat
